I ordered some tablets from 2Vitamins.com in July 2010 and paid £40.88. They promised they would be with me within 18 days but when it got to the end of August I contacted them and asked if there was a problem. I was promised they would be with me within a week but by the end of September I became concerned and asked for my money back. Needless to say, I'm still waiting. I have sent email after email, have contacted Consumer Rights and Trading Standards and quoted the law they have given me to 2Vitamins.com. All I get are ridiculous excuses and now I'm really fed up. I've asked them to send me a contact telephone number and their address but have not received a reply. Aaaaarrrhhh! What can I do? How many other people are they ripping off? Surely they shouldn't be allowed to carry on trading when there are so many people they owe money too?
