I bought my 32 IN Flat Screen TV from Wal-Mart 11/07. In Jan. 08 the remote stopped working. It lit up when I pressed buttons but it wasn't turning my tv on. So I called Polaroid & they sent me a new remote. Yesterday March 09 (little over a yr later) the remote has stopped working once again. However, this time I tried the remote on my living room TV and it turned the TV on.. so I called Polaroid and they said I need to have the board inside my TV replace which gets the signal from the remote. The part is $11 but its about $250 to replace it! It's ridiculous! And on top of their products being crap, their customer service is just as bad too.
