Bought a LG 32 inch LED ON 19 SEPT 2011, since lot of waves started appearing on the screen on June 1, 2011. Complaint raised on June 2, 2011. Technician visited on June 3, 2011. Till date part not received LED is hanging on the wall. A lady manager called saying if part not replaced and LED not working by June 10. 2011 we will replace LED. Till now no part and she says part will be replaced tommorow. Customer rendered helpless and no support received
