This is a line from their web site below that is totally bogus.

'With a R&D base in Melbourne, Australia and offices soon to be opened in US and Europe, 360 Degrees Of Freedom is part of the ChannelVR group.'

I wrote to support and sales prior to making a $299 USD purchase asking a few questions about the software and it's functionality. I got a quick reply from sales telling me that support links are broken and will be up soon, if I had any other questions I could email him for an answer.

I thought this was good and I was interested mostly in this software package due to the way it was presented on the web. All the other companies offering virtual tour software for real estate came up short.

Here is another quote from their site:
Every member of our team has a direct responsibility for helping to develop and grow:
- you, our customer, the people and companies that purchase our products,
- your clients, the people and companies to whom you sell your services and products,
- your client's customers, the end users, the people who view, experience and benefit from the virtual-inspection experiences that you create.

If, for any reason, there is anything that we can do better, or differently or, in addition, to help you to build your business, please contact us, we want to know.

Again bogus! After seven days trying to learn the software I discovered that it had broken links in the support pages, references that led nowhere, bad spelling and an email address to support that did not work.

I wrote for support on the seventh day and every day since. I have had the software for 21 days now and still have not seen any reply. I have asked for a refund from sales and support using any link I could find. Guess they just don't care - after all I'm in the USA and they know I can't use any legal assistance to get my money back.

I did tell them that if I didn't hear from them I would do what I could to discredit them in any way possible to me. Still no response! I have given them every opportunity to work with me and have had nothing from them as much as 'GO AWAY'
