Respected Sir,

I have withdrawl Rs.1000/- from "Phool Bagh S.B.I. A.T.M. barnch of Kanpur on 12.02.2010 but this amount i have not received & it has return on A.T.M. machine.Regarding this i have subnitted application & all attachment slips in my saving account barnch of Barabanki(U.P.) on 24/02/2010.After this i have concered with there also on 09/023/2010 & take contact number of branch but i have tried soo many times but nobody pickup phone.Till now i have not received my this deducted amount.Right now i am in out of station so i cann't go to the branch.I want to back this amount as soon as possible.I have not there any copy of that so i am attaching this but it have already submitted in the branch.
