Software states it is unable to detect internet connection; one webcam view shows traffic at Foxnews in Los Angeles---not TV by my definition of TV; uninstalled within one half hour of installing and called to have charges reversed 11/09/2008; was recharged fee to bank cc on 11/14/09.
