I purchased model KWD-808-I Acupunture Stimulator in April of 2007. In October of 2007, the device stopped working. The unit turns on, but does not generate any output. The manual states the device has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The dealer says it has a 21 day return policy. After several email exchanges, the company will not return my $157.00 + dollars, or honor the warranty but will repair it for free. I'm skeptical that repairing it will be a permanent fix, as the 9 volt adapter did not work from the start and the craftsmanship seems lacking. The company made no offers of restitution until I pressed them about it. I informed the BBB in Canada who indicated that the dealer would not respond to their calls or inquires. Just seems like the customer lost out and I want to let others know - beware if you buy from this company and then find out you want your money back on a warranted item.
