i would like to remain anonymous for now, now that we are still wit them and currently looking for another shopping cart to switch to. Ever since we signed up with them 6 months, it was never but problems. Either ftp, email, admin section, helpdesk and currently the server it self is not working, doing tremendous damage to our company (financially). We lost thousands of $$ everyday that its down. Yesterday it works, today is another story. Customers contacting us for not being able to checkout and finish their purchase, prompting us to just use our POS from our Merchant (thank God, my merchant is not 3dcart). We have other payment options such as Paypal & Google, but the problem starts when our customers Checkout, so everything just stops right there. Techinical support is somewhat so so, you know that they are trying to hide the real issue why the server is always down.
If you are thinking of getting 3dcart, please Shop around. You don't want to be stuck like we are. We're hoping to sign up and migrate our store to another shopping cart pretty soon.
