I am from Chennai. My 3G service is not working today. I tried calling 12118 (Customer care). All untrained people. No one gives me exact reason. Each one says a different reason. I need a exact reason why my service is down. And i need that to be corrected immediately. We need customer care people to be trained properly and they should be able to say the exact reasons and solve the probelm
