Bought the pressure cooker app 8 months back. receipt was send with the mail in rebate...never got the rebate back
ad was for $9.99 for the cooker with a $10 rebate i.e I paid for the pathetic cooker $20
cannot find any place to contact them as it has nothing to do with JC Penny now
