Founded in 2014 by Dr. Charles D. Nordlinger M.D., Total Healthcare Medical Group, Inc., doing business as 420 MD, provides medical evaluations under Prop 215. As of June 2017 we have clinics in Berkeley, Oakland, and Sacramento.
