Loud Pop and then no picture. Apparently a common issue with this set as I complete research. HP offered to repair over $600. This is the second faulty product purchased from HP. The other being HP Pavilion Laptop which half the screen has been dim since purchase and will immediately kill any new battery. Will never purchase and HP product again.
