This is regarding a police case 498a. i would like to take your suggestion how to complaint/ request for a impound of a passport of the accused person. My Brother in law want's to escape from India without informing his wife (my sister). and he was harassing her physically and mentally. we have filed a 498A case against him and he is no bail now. he is having a valid Visa for US and he is in plans for escape. Please let me know how to stop him. Give me the details where i have to complaint and with what supporting document i have to complaint.
