After fixing a bowl of soup and eating a few bites, I noticed a bug in my soup. I went to the counter to let someone know with the soup in tow, the lady then informs me that it must have came in from the air and it's not their fault. Then she proceeds to tell me that I'll get a 15% discount on my next visit. When I inform her that I wont her coming back, she shrugs her shoulders and refuses to comp my buffet. Even if I hadnt found a bug in my found, the service there is horrible. Patrons had to actually track down and go behind counters to get the servers attention for a refill. NEVER GO THERE!!!
