In July 2009, I ordered the complete collection of 50 States Coin Bears, with the understanding that shipment would begin after the 2nd payment.

Todate five payments of $72.83 have been charged to my credit card and I have yet to receive any shipment of bears.

Numerous attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The phone number is either busy or I have waited up to 30 minutes only to be disconnected.

This certainly is not a company that I would do business with in the future.

My bank tells me that to stop any automatic payments, I will need to cancel my credit card and be reissued another one.
