A deposit we made for our house payment, made thru a teller, didn't post for actually three days (because of a holiday) yet... they debited our account for the house payment on the EXACT day it was due. HOLD a deposit, yet TAKE a payment before the deposit shows up. How convenient! I called, asked for some help with overdraft fees, we've been customers for years, have our house financed with them...yet...NO GO with an overdraft fee. AMAZING!! Absolutely NO Customer Service. DO NOT do business with 5/3. WISH we could walk away and be done with them. If they were the last bank on the earth, I'd put my money in a tin can and bury it in the backyard. RUN...do not walk away from anything 5/3 has to offer.
