I have been eating a taco bell for sometime now and just the last 3 years it has gotten where it seems they just dont care bout what they make for thier customers in the 8 to 10 times i have been there something has been wrong and ijust havent said nothing but when u tell the manager that u had burnt rice in ur food and she says i know but now i have fresh rice can i make u another one, , no u cant u should have never used the burnt rice to begin with am i not right on that aspect customers are ur paycheck and u should treat them just as u would want to be treated not like we are just something u can feed anything to we pay for our food and we wrok damn hard so we can enjoy a meal out once in awhile so i really hope they understand that u just cant do that it is right at all
