On saturday january 30th I went into the store located on hartford avenue in providence, Rhode Island and picked out and payed a weekly payment on the merchandise, with paying on my 3 other accounts, the order of the television was set up to be delivered that evening at 6 pm. I gave them until 7pm when no one called or came to my home. I called the store and spoke to someone and they told me they were running late, be patient, so I told them ok, when 9pm came and no one called or came by I called again they were rude and told me to stop blowing up there phones and hung up on me. I called back I asked why someone would hang up on me so rudely, they said someone must be playing around on the phone. It is now 9:30 pm and I am very tired and still waiting. They said the delivery truck was on the road stuck to be patient they will be about another 20 minutes. I said ok and continued waiting until 11pm. I called again and the store was closed. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this whole situation, and I am thinking on closing all my accounts with this company, now it is sunday and I have no television to watch and they are closed today so I have no choice to wait until monday to speak with someone.
