broadband speed is very low. i checked on the site testmy.net it shows 115 kbps or 0.1mbps (15 kbps). i have also talked to the customer care at patiala. but they are not solving the problem. i do not have any parallel telephone connections also. it has been about a month, that the customer care people are not responding to my complaint. plz help me out. as i m paying 750 per mont for a connection whose speed is even worse than a dial up connection.
