my daughter tried to apply for a loan with one payday loan company "universal payday loan" after submitting information the site was lost. when my daughter brought this to my attention i told her that she should try to retreive the web site and gather information about how to contact them since she submitted personal info. the company does not list any kind of contact info. about a month later i check my bank balance and notice i have a withdrawl in the amount of $22.99 from a web discount club so i go on line and i see a check deposited from 777 saveclub.com. i never authorized this so i called the company.they told me by submitting my info to universal payday loan i agreed to the terms and authorized the charges. i didnt finalize no loan the loan did not go through so how did i agree to any terms?if you ask me its a bunch of scams and fraud. i want my money.
