Ordered two 7" notebooks for my granddaughters for Xmas as was assured that when I ordered on December 8, 2010, they would be shipped within 24-48 hours. Status shows not shipped, but of course have my money and they even tacked on an extra $30 bucks more than my receipt shows. Have tried for a week to contact, just get recording, and was online for over 7 hours waiting for someone for a live chat, no one ever picked up. I think they make their money by people cancelling their order (they charge 25%), or when people send back the defective equipment they receive (they charge 25% restocking fee for that). Don't order from this company SCAM.
