Interested in a DUTCH hormone test in Ontario, Canada? Learn how specialized hormone testing may help assess selected hormone patterns and support individualized care planning. Discuss your symptoms, testing options, and next steps with a naturopathic doctor. "As a Naturopathic Doctor, I help patients improve their health by looking deeper into the underlying factors contributing to their symptoms. My clinical focus includes inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, acne, and psoriasis, as well as metabolic health concerns like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and insulin resistance. I also support patients with weight loss, healthy weight gain, sports-related injuries, and joint concerns such as osteoarthritis.
In my approach to care, I combine evidence-based naturopathic medicine with practical, individualized treatment plans. Whether you are dealing with persistent skin flare-ups, difficulty managing your weight, blood sugar concerns, or an injury that is limiting your movement, my goal is to help you better understand your body and create a realistic plan that supports long-term health.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, comprehensive lab testing, targeted supplementation, and herbal medicine. Each plan is tailored to your goals, health history, and what feels realistic for your lifestyle.
I serve patients across Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville) virtually, to make healthcare as accessible as possible. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident in your health journey, whether you are working on your skin, metabolism, weight, mobility, or overall wellness."
