I tried to buy a Canon Camera today. They guy inisted I needed to buy a $89.00 battery as the battery that came with the Powershot SD 890 lasted only for 10 minutes. Sure! His name was Jacob. I called Canon to verify and they said he was absolutely not telling the truth. If there was no address on their website, they were not authorized to sell Canon Cameras. I checked their website and there was no address. I did not feel good about everything and anything he said...the way he said it, and the way he kept trying to sell me numerous overpriced products, so I told he just lost.. a sale. Based on what I have read on this website, I am very glad I did.
