As prior complaints listed they come up with the cheapest price on the digital cameras - I placed my order on line for the camera and received an email to call their number to verify the order - so when talking to Brian - he informs me that the battery that comes with the camera will only last 10 minutes and I will have to purchase one that will last longer - at a price of 69 or 89 - this is fraud at its best just pure lying. So I tell him I will call back - now the pressure hits with there is only 5 minutes to make up my mind or he will cancel the order - when I ask to talk to a supervisor he informs me that he is the supervisor - when I push him to speak to the person he reports to - I'm told he is the only one in today and hangs up stating my order is being canceled - when I tried to call their so call customer service number was on hold forever no answer. Can't believe they are still in business.
