My neighbour's house started rearing dogs 2 yrs ago. His house has been renovated to accommodate the dogs.
Currently the occupant has excess 20 dogs in the compound.
The side area was partitioned & enclosed with the top fully covered. Additionally the back alley also have several dog cages.
As a result the area become very noisy, very dirty, and very smelly.
