Welcome to 9Round Murfreesboro. We deliver total body results in a quick and convenient 30 minute workout. There are no class times and a new workout starts every three minutes. A trainer is with you every step of the way to ensure you are using the proper techniques and motivating you to push past your preset limits to get the most out of every workout.
