Welcome to 9Round in Raymore, Missouri. We want you to come in and give the 9Round fitness workout a try absolutely FREE!! Because of our circuit training model, there are no class times. A new workout begins every 3 minutes. Each workout is "Full Body" and you're in and out in just 30 minutes. The workouts change daily so there is no chance of boredom, and we keep the workout fun and stimulating. Timing: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 1:00PM 3:00PM - 8:00PM Friday 6:00AM - 1:00PM 3:00PM - 6:30PM Saturday 7:30AM - 12:00PM
