Price was good, shipping was good. Products? Not so. I ordered a Lenmar battery and the Lenman Mach1 charger for my Canon G2 digital camera. Both products came in a package that clearly showed the products were used by somebody else before. The charger box was messed up and all the items inside were disorganized.

Although the battery is working ok, the charger never completed a charge -- I tried using both my original Canon batery and the Lenmar battery I got from them and the charger simply can't charge them (both batteries work fine when charged in camera).

I both those two items within a week from a big trip to Europe and since they only have a 30-day return window, now I have to send the charger directly to Lenmar for repair/replacement.

I'm definitely not buying from them again.
