This company has an online store. I placed a order over 3 weeks ago and was charged for my purchase and issued a receipt. The I never heard from them again. I called the company from their published number on the receipt. No answer, just a message. I have spent hours trying to get in contact with their Customer Service Department and after giving them the Invoice number, they said they needed to researched invoice and get back with me. After three weeks of waiting for my order I finally got ahold of the manager and was told the merchandise was on back order and he did't know when he would get items.
No communication from the company and after placing my order and paying for it I was refunded my money.
