The website & ph0ne interview led us to believe my husband would be receiving the best care possible to help him with his addiction. Instead, he was brought to a frightening looking facility where he was placed among parolees, given less than adequate care/counseling by unprofessional/ unqualified staff who used manipulative fear tactics when we decided to transfer him to a different treatment center. They even went so far as to refuse to let him leave with his personal items and medications that his insurance company paid for. We filed a formal complaint against them with our insurance company and I encourage others to do the same if they've had a similar experience. This company's practices needs to be exposed.
