Car repo from the above address by Chase Auto Charlotte, N.C. Reason: One back payment. The downpayment on the car was submitted at the time of purchase by the owner of the car. The car is a 2007 KIA Spectra. The car was state inspected in Greensboro by the KIA dealer it has my sticker on the front the tag is at home. The car is 12 months old to this date 13 months has been paid for it including $1, 500.00 downpayment. The reason why I feel that it is wrong is because the payments were mailed rapidly to Chase Auto. The payment center for this is Phoenix Arizona a long way from here. The monthly payments for this car is $376.85. The insurance for this began the day it was bought for $134.00 per month. Chase Auto is holding an unclaimed property in their office that they do not own and has refused to subtract the difference which is one of the problems with this auto company they would not subtract the funds that they recieved for the regular payments which totals at least $6, 101.00.
