I have acomplaint against A-Plus Tailors and Cleaners on 317 Bald Hill Road. I took a pair of ladies slacks in to his store to be hemmed. He totally destroyed them. He cut the design off the bottom, made a straight hem(which I could have done myself) which is cut incorrectly, and these slacks ar a suit, that I was going to wear to a wedding. I have been bringing my clothes to him for quite a few years, for drycleaning mostly. I called him, no response!! I went into the shop on 06-29-06 and showed the rep what he did. She waits on me all the time. Also, I purchased a new pair just like the ones he ruined the cost is $64.00 So now I am out x 2 The price tags are still on the slacks I just purchased.. He has not acknowledged myu visit or call at all. Also, he destroyed a Clvin Klein jacket that he washed instead of drycleaned, which I brougth to his attention. It clearly was shrunk. I worked in drycleaners many years and I reconized the error. So ok I let that slide another expensive piece of clothing.
