The phone number simply rings to an answering machine and there is never a reply to email inquires sent to customerservice AT a2zhobbies.com.

I've learned the owners of A2Z also run a site called thetapecompany.com and folks in the sales department work in the same building and accross the hall from A2Z but they claim they are never able to find an A2Z rep that can take my call.
