Events that occured:

Purchased a bike January 17th
Bike was faulty
Contacted them: they said bring it in
took it back January 29th
Picked it up 3 days later, nothing and been done to it,
Was told they will have to order in parts
They took down bike details
Rang 2 weeks later to get update
They had done nothing
Rang again they had done nothing
This continued til approx: 15 March
Was told they need bike details again, the guy agreed to pick them up from my house
2 weeks later and countless phonecalls still no effort
I handed the details to the guy sinc ehe made no effort
Still no contact made by them
2 weeks later i ring up and told the forks need to be sent away - 5th April
I take the bike in- 5th of April
3 weeks later no show of bike, still no effort in them contacting me, and countless phonecalls to them

27th-April: emailed them regarding consumer affairs


This business is atrocious and i strongly urge people to stay away from it. All that you get in return for yuor courtesy is repeated unrespectful lies.

January 17th - April 27th: 4 months 10 days
Still No bike
