The business utilizes various internet site like Craigslist and Backpages, by luring individuals in with a very competitive prices, and advertising free towing, as well as other perks, to get the consumer to chose their services, and once the vehicle is in AAA Auto possession the charges are doubled or tripled without any notice given or authorization agreed to by the consumer, if the consumer disputes the charges a mechanics lien is used to retain the vehicle in order to extort the consumer for the new exorbitant amount for the undisclosed repairs or to permanently deprive the consumer of the vehicle that is in the shop's possession. Some people had similar problems with this company and they had posted complaints. NO - These idiots did the exact thing to me. They quoted me $20 for an oil change and then when I got there they told me 4x that amount. Like others have said they are trashy, ghetto, unprofessional and need to be shut down. WASTED TIME - I called and asked for a quote on a service they offered me a very low price and I asked her twice if she can insure I still receive this same quote when I show up to the shop. I repeated the make of the car twice and she insured me the price would remain the same. I even told her I was driving a long distance and I have a limited amount of time to get this service done and she assured me the price was guaranteed. Once I drove almost an hour to get there, the trashy, unprofessional receptionist told me because of the make of my car, the price of the oil change would go from 25 dollars to 105 dollars. I told her that was why I repeated the make of the car to her over the phone twice because I did not want this to happen. She did nothing about it. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
