I was on vacation skiing with my family in New Hampshire. We locked the keys in the car. We called AAA. AAA Mt Washington Valley Towing took two hours to get to us. There was no snow storms. It was 30F outside. Their office is 17 minutes drive from where we were. Unacceptable.
