I had a follow up job on shoddy workmanship, and was given a run-around and then very rudely treated by client services. Information about company policies was not given upfront and it was impossible to get hold of someone higher up in management. The impression was that it is not important to ensure good workmanship, but rather to book new jobs. The rudeness was the major factor. Many of my colleagues have had similar experiences.
