Do not turn over your television to these people. My new tv was never repaired and never returned. They kept it for weeks and refused to tell me what was wrong with it. A man with a foreign accent refused to speak with me and would only speak with my husband, because I was a woman, even though I signed the original repair order and had it picked up. After I signed the credit card draft, the driver wrote "Customer satisfied, no refund." Now I can't get my $200.00 "assessment fee" back either. Do not do business with anyone who treats women like third-class citizens AND rips people off!!
