Today I received a text message which said:

"Are you a boy that wants to turn a girl on? Reply yes if you have verizon and want to get it on
CB 978-844-4734"

What can be done about this unsolicited text message? And...aren't I charged for messages sent to me?

I'm sorry if this is not where I should be complaining, but I couldn't find any other place.
