Think twice about Freightquote. Personally a very bad experience.

About 6 weeks ago sent marble baseboard using freightquote. Because of the weight, the pallet was shipped to an AAA Copper designated drop site.

About 11 baseboards were broken right in the center like a huge karate chop (cannot be a vein common to all strips because that would not occur

virtually in the middle of every strip). AAACooper says they do not cover concealed damage, period!

Freightquote says they collaterally insure but now says, if you contacted AAACooper they (freightquote) are denying the claim. Freightquote says at best they only pay 33 cents on the dollar for concealed damage.

Freightquote still refuses to provide paperwork, saying this shipment was insured. Lesson learned: do not sign for any item unless completely inspected.

Do not do business with any company that will not fax proof of insurance and terms. Paper work and "reams" of correspondence available on request (305-865-2000). I will not do business with Freightquote or AAAcooper again.
