I have given my car, maruti esteem vxi at Aalianz automobiles workshop, A-24/4, Mathura Road, New-Delhi-110044 on 28/06/2010 for some repair work. Repair wok includes some denting and painting work.
Denting work was completed by 01/07/2010. After that painting was to be done. But due to some reason, lift was not working because of which car could not be transferred to paint shop which is on the roof of the building.
It took almost one week for the lift to get repaired. It got repaired on 7'th evening.
Now painting and everthing has been done, but my bad luck, now electricity is not there because of which car cannot be transferred to the ground floor. To my surprise, there is no generator in the workshop.

Rates and labour charges are same as per other maruti workshops but workshop infrastructure is very very poor.
When the charges are same, then why should a customer get his car repaired in Aalianz workshop where there is so many problems. It should go to other workshops like Rohan motors.

Bottom line is that:
This workshop is not at all par with the maruti workshop standards.
