I scheduled the (non) service with this company through Jenn Air. I was promised they would arrive between 8-12. When they were 3 hours late I called the service number and got a horrible run around. They said they might be there before 5.

I wish I had not bothered with them. I lost a day pay for this nonsense. There must be other people who can fix this junk.
