My 2 year old Kitchen Aid microwave stopped working. A&E technician came out and ordered parts to fix it it. The total was over two hundred dollars. Also stated the electrical outlet was bad. I had an electrician come out and replace the outlet, which was burned to a crisp. After replacing the outlet and plugging the microwave in it worked perfectly. So now I'm stuck with with a spare magnetron, capacitor, and resister that the repairman ordered and I paid for. I will question the technician when he comes to install the no longer necessary parts. I will not hire these people again!
