I nevere recieved a set of ear phones from this company. My credit card was charged and I have tried for over two months to get my money and they keep putting me off. United Parcel service has already been involved and has contacted the shipper ans myself. I keep being told it will be resolved and they will call be back. I have never received a call nor has my money been refunded.
