Stay away from this machine, I was so excited to use this machine at first, I lost a few inches and was really pleased. Then the day came where when using the machine the knee pads fell out and I bounced on my knees to the floor. I now have two meniscus tears and have to have surgery, which will result in lost time from work. Trying to find a way to recoup my monies spent at least on the machine. Company has never returned my calls.
