Upon agreeing to a public service ad on local radio we received a copy of the intended script for the ad. It was wrong and we called to make the changes. A few weeks later, the ad aired without the changes. All of our company information was aired incorrectly. We received numerous calls from friends and business associates regarding our ad and were confused about the information on the radio. This company insisted on billing us for the full amount and denied any changes were requested. We challenged their bill. After numerous calls and discussions, they admitted their error. Watch these people, as some of their employees are very incompetent!
