I absolutely HATE working with this company. I have tried to cancel my membership due to moving to a different place and I have been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months now. I FINALLY got it all figured out (through a minimum of 6 different people) and they are STILL charging me after they charged me a $50.00 cancellation fee. Ridiculous.
