They did all 4 area rugs and hallway carpet without any excess water on the hardwood flooring. All was done with thoroughness and in a very timely manner. Excellent pricing! Would highly recommend.

They had an opening that fit my schedule on short notice and on the day Tech called to say he was ahead of schedule and was friendly, accommodating and very efficient. Best of all, no ugly chemicals and the carpets look great.

I tried a few others in between but they are NOT the same. Tech was very thorough with removing the heavy duty stains. l plan to use them exclusively at least twice a year. I highly recommend them.
