I was impressed by how Jerry treated my wool rug throughout the entire service. I’m extremely satisfied with the service.
My wool rug had stubborn stains that I assumed would never come out. Their professional cleaning removed the dirt without affecting the fibers. The rug now feels soft, fresh, and comfortable again. The colors look much more even throughout the piece. The improvement was easy to notice immediately.

I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
I brought in a rug that needed oriental rug repair because part of the border was separating. They repaired the area so neatly that it blends right into the original design.
