Their technician came out and did some area rug cleaning the next day. He was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable - as I had some other questions about a Turkish rug of mine that will need some repair. He did a great job with my area rug and was fairly priced. I would definitely hire ABC Rug Cleaners Repair Restoration NYC again, and would highly recommend them.
