They took the time to explain their process and answer all my questions, which gave me confidence in their work. My rug now looks clean, soft, and well restored. They also fixed a tear that had been bothering me for years. The turnaround time was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Best rug repair and cleaning experience we've had. Our family heirloom rug was torn in several places after a move. They repaired the tears, reinforced the backing, and gave it a deep clean that brought back the original colors. Courteous, knowledgeable, and did exactly what they promised.
