Jerry restored a handmade antique carpet for me that had several damaged sections along the borders. I was concerned that the repairs would stand out, but they blended in beautifully with the original design. He has a very careful and thoughtful approach, and it’s obvious he values preserving the integrity of each piece he works on. His assessment of the rug’s market value was also very helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with an antique rug in need of expert care.

I was impressed by how Jerry treated my wool rug throughout the entire service. Their cleaning method was effective at removing stains without harsh chemicals and the restoration work repaired minor holes while maintaining the original integrity. The rug is now softer and more vibrant and it truly elevates the room.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service.
My wool rug had stubborn stains that I assumed would never come out. Their professional cleaning removed the dirt without affecting the fibers. The rug now feels soft, fresh, and comfortable again. The colors look much more even throughout the piece. The improvement was easy to notice immediately.

I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
I brought in a rug that needed oriental rug repair because part of the border was separating. They repaired the area so neatly that it blends right into the original design. The rug feels strong and stable again. Their attention to detail was impressive throughout the process. It’s obvious they take pride in their work.

Best rug repair and cleaning experience we've had. Our family heirloom rug was torn in several places after a move. They repaired the tears, reinforced the backing, and gave it a deep clean that brought back the original colors. Courteous, knowledgeable, and did exactly what they promised.

It’s incredible how well it turned out.

Truly a company that cares about quality and customer satisfaction.
