i received a bad massage from a therapist named tony. i get a massage regularly for health reasons. i stopped by a salon today, 3/2/2011 planning to get a $25 reflexology but decided to get $40 full body massage instead thinking that i will get more health benefits for doing the one hour full body massage. unfortunately, my masseuse did a horrible massage concentrating 45 mins of back massage and couple minutes on my legs. i am very disappointed and angry. i told to the manager on duty, jessica, who claimed that she owns the salon and elena, hair stylist. i showed them how my masseuse was doing the massage and how bad he was doing it. i tried to work with them and accepted their offer to give a reflexology but the 2 massage therapist didn't want to do it. jessica and elena offered to give me a free massage with another therapist on other days. i went home more stressed than when i went in the salon. I am very angry, disappointed and stressed. I had a stroke a year ago and I am recovering from the side effect of the stroke and need massages to regain my strength. I am now a walking bad bill board for this salon. i was really expecting this to be a start of a good business relationship but now it is an unforgettable horrible experience that i just found out that i have bruises in my back. please help me stop this kind of massage therapist by making sure they only employ credible massage therapist with pleasant customer service. thanks.
